SMALL GROUP TOURS

Half Day and full Day Tours operate daily on request depending on minimum numbers.
Bookings for Tours are also available 7 days of the week and evenings.
Tours include:
► Pick-up and drop-off at Accommodation, Railway Station or other pre-arranged place.
► Morning or Afternoon Refreshments.
► Lunch and entry to attractions not included in cost.
* Afternoon tours can return to Warrnambool by 4.45pm for departure on the train returning to Melbourne if required.

FULLY PERSONALISED TOURS

These tours are for very small groups of between 1 and 3 passengers. All listed tours are available upon request or you can personalise a tour to meet your individual needs or interests. We travel in a very comfortable AWD Mazda CX7 and this service provides a very personalised and comfortable way to explore the Great Southwest.
Tours include:
► Pick-up and drop-off at Accommodation, Railway Station or other pre-arranged place.
► Morning or Afternoon Refreshments.
► Lunch and entry to attractions not included in cost.
Cost for half day tour booking: $120 [flat price 1-3 participants]

Cost for day tour booking range between: $220 - $280 dependant upon distances travelled [flat price 1-3 participants]

HALF DAY TOUR OPTIONS

Duration approx 3.5 Hours.
Tours operate 7 Days upon request

Departures 9:30 am and 1:15 pm duration approx 3.5 Hours.

Tour 1: Warrnambool Highlights, Port Fairy & Tower Hill Explorer

The tour includes Warrnambool City, Historical buildings, Harbour Precinct, Local Rivers, Thunder Point, and whale watching in season.
We then drive to Tower Hill State Game Reserve which is an extinct volcano, viewing wildlife, native trees and plants, visit the Worn Gundidj Aboriginal Cultural Centre and short walks and climbs to scenic lookouts.
On to beatuful Port Fairy and the Moyne River, wharf, fishing fleet, historical buildings, art galleries, shops, eating places, walk to Griffith Island Lighthouse. [Time and weather permitting]

Tour 2: 12 Apostles Great Ocean Road Tour

Experience the beauty of this iconic coastline. Visit Childers Cove, Bay Of Islands, Bay of Martyrs, London Bridge, the Loch Ard Gorge and 12 Apostles returning to Warrnambool via the Timboon township.

Tour 1: Twelve Apostles, Great Ocean Road and Gourmet Trail

We explore the magnificent coastal attractions along the Great Ocean Road and include a range of areas of environmental and historical significance including Childers Cove, Peterborough, The Arch, London Bridge, Bay of Martyrs, Bay of Islands, Port Campbell - Lunch [not included in cost] Twelve Apostles, Loch Ard Gorge. We return via Timboon and include the Food, Wine and Vista Loop. The loop brings together wine, cheese, chocolates, berries, icecream and other tasty treats.

Tour 2: Historical Portland and Bridgewater Bay

The tour explores the Shipwreck coast and includes The Crags, Wind Farms, Narrawong township, Portland Bay Lavender Farm, Portland Harbour, Historical Walks, Botanical Gardens, Portland City Centre [Lunch not included in cost] Cape Nelson State Park and Lighthouse and beautiful Bridgewater Bay.

Tour 3: Grampians National Park & Halls Gap

Enjoy the spectacular scenery of the National Park as we travel through Dunkeld and view Mount Sturgeon and Mount Abrupt. On to Halls Gap to visit Brambuck National Park and Cultural Centre. The town centre has a range of shops and galleries to explore. Experience the wonderful scenic views from a range of peak lookouts and see abundant wildlife, wildflowers and waterfalls.[Lunch not included in cost]

Tour 4: The Otway Fly, Moonlight Heads and Great Ocean Road.

Travel through the beautiful Otway ranges, walk the world renowned Otway Fly across the top of the Forest. See the wonderful unique Triplet Falls and then return to Warrnambool via the magnificent coastal attractions from Moonlight Heads to the Bay of Islands.[Entry to Otway Fly not included in cost]

B00KING CONDITIONS AND GUIDELINES

Cancellation policy
Passenger cancellation of any tour, in less than 24 hours prior to a departure time will result in a 50% refund of money paid.
Cancellation within 12 hours of tour departure or failure to take up a tour will result in 100% forfeiting of the tour fare.
Child Discount
Children 12 and under will recieve discount
Children under 3 years of age are carried free of charge, provided their parents or guardians are prepared to carry them on their lap in the event that all other seats are occupied.
Additional Discount Offers
*Discounted prices for Concession Card Holders as promoted in Brochures and Web site promotions
*10% Discount for group bookings of 4 or more Adults.
*Larger groups discount applies for whole day bus hire to be negotiated with operator.
Travel insurance
Travel insurance is not included. We recommend you have appropriate insurance, including a cancellation policy
